What is SPOC?

The SPatial Omics Consortium (SPOC) comprises a group of researchers in Bern performing spatial omics methodologies and analysis for research.

SPOC aims to:

  • increase awareness of spatially resolved technologies available in Bern

  • establish bioinformatic methods for spatially resolved analysis

  • provide a platform for scientific exchange among the spatial omics community
